When you're really feeling like you're dragging yourself and puttering around, avoiding the workout that you are currently setting out to do, make sure you put your running shoes on!This is such a simple tip, but it works. If I'm puttering around in bare feet, sock feet, flip flops... I will procrastinate sometimes three times as much.
