Before you invest a ton of money in your goals, you need to make sure that you are ready for the action first. A lot of people tend to throw down a bunch of money, thinking that it will force them to follow through with accomplishing that goal.  Before you purchase a ton of workout equipment, workout clothing, buy a gym membership or hire a personal trainer, have a conversation with yourself.

You know that you are ready when you want the outcome so badly that you can almost feel it.  You've adjusted things in your calendar, you've booked the appointments and you've hopefully worked out a couple of times on your own to prove your dedication to yourself.

Making the financial investment can help, once you've already given changing your lifestyle some serious and consistent thought.  If you don't like working out enough to do it regularly, yet, you need to know that staying inactive is just simply not an option.  You must get over the initial hurdle and difficulty of being pushed out of your comfort zone. If you still feel that being inactive is an option, or you just aren't bothered half the time to change your life, then don't waste your money, or the time of specialists who invest their time, knowledge and passion into your success.

You must be ready to accept physical activity as a positive thing in your life - one that brings only good, and no bad consequences (when done correctly).  You cannot continue to view it as something dreadful and daunting - it really doesn't make any sense to do so...  It is the very best thing you can do for yourself, in every aspect of your life.

So, take your time.  Change your attitude.  Become comfortable with the commitment.  When you wake up everyday knowing that something has to change, then you are ready.  Then you join the gym and do some reading, buy some workout gear... or call me.

We will take care of the rest, and get you into the body and the life you wish to be.
