This was DELICIOUS and so easy. This recipe will please the entire family. Remember, I'm not amazing at listing recipes, because I'm an experimental cook. But it's easy enough that this should make sense:

Ingredients: Chicken breasts (1/person) Multigrain Premium Plus crackers 2 eggs, whisked Salt and Pepper Chili Powder (I used oregano, garlic powder and onion powder in the mix, to taste - optional) 1/4 cup mustard 2 tbsp honey


Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Cut the chicken into strips - and be safe, clean everything that the chicken has touched, directly afterward. Dip the chicken strips into the whisked egg, and then into the crushed combination of crackers, salt and pepper, chilli powder, oregano, garlic powder and onion powder.

Place them on a nonstick baking sheet and bake for around 15 minutes, flipping them halfway through.

I'm not a huge mustard fan, but you can mix the mustard and the honey for a sauce kids might like. I liked them plain, or with a bit of antioxidant-rich, organic honey. Serve with a salad or some fresh, steamed vegetables.

*The photos aren't my best, and there is a sauce in the photos that I didn't disclose. Because I wouldn't do that to you. I found a dipping sauce online and it was disgusting - so just ignore that part! :)
