This is more of a conceptual "Keep It Simple" entry. But, it is still a small step that provides a major impact.  Many of us, when trying to change our bodies, think of them as our opposition, or something we need to manipulate or fight.  Wrestle with.  Before you take on the work of a project that dwells from this perception, let me make it easy on you: It doesn't work.

If you are looking to become healthier and more fit, believe me, your body is on your side.  It wants the same thing that you do. It may be a bit grumpy as it is accustomed to laziness and/or fake foods, but it is a temporary condition on the outside, masking the yearning to be well underneath it.  When you feel uncomfortable in your body, you start to feel that it is separate from you, because you feel like you've lost control.  You have to be-friend it again.  Know that you have the same goals.  Accept where you are, whether you're 200 lbs overweight, 5 lbs overweight or 10 lbs underweight.  You were there with your body every step of it getting to that point.

And now you have to work WITH it, together, as a team (sorry for the cheesy reference). Keep it simple: change your thinking, and be swept away with success.
