Stay hydrated! Many people live in a dehydrated state. This means joints aren't lubricated, digestion suffers, metabolism suffers, muscle tone decreases, water retention is problematic, the body's waste is not diluted properly... Basically, we remain very full of toxicity, and tend to have more body fat. It is a physiological nightmare.
When you are properly hydrated, not only are you healthier and higher in energy, but you tend to be lower in excess body fat. If you are hungrier than normal, you might actually need water (when we are dehydrated we seek the water in food). If you are exhausted, you might actually need water (instead of remaining inactive and immobile, misguided).
Adults are about 60% water - keep that in mind and drink up! And if you don't like the taste of water, too bad. Get over it. Force it down and once you reach a level of normal hydration and sustain it for a while, you won't be able to live any other way and you will crave what you need. Nice and simple.
