My clients know - glutes are my favourite muscle to train! A strong butt is SO important (not to mention sexy). Men and women alike need to carve this muscle into shape, and build strength to help them perform in ALL of their physical activities. Here is a great exercise to tighten, lift and tone the butt. As well as the glutes, this exercise will tone up and strengthen the lower back and the hamstrings. Be sure to include another more compound lower body exercise in your workout program, such as squat jumps, step-ups or a lunge variation to firm up the quads as well for complete lower body training.
