As we all know, there are MANY different ways to execute a push-up. There are close-grip, triangle push-ups, pulsing push-ups, push-ups with rotation, push-ups on the BOSU, decline, incline… You get the idea. The list goes on. BUT, many people are executing the most basic push-up improperly (awkward hand placement or losing their core support), which only sets them back when they start to "progress" into other variations. Get this one right, and then build on it when you start getting creative!

The push-up is an AWESOME core exercise, when done correctly. So listen up and apply these directives next time you do yours.
