After seeing the ingredient lists on these new condiments that have just hit the market, Nature's Palate, I decided to whip up some simple food to give them a try and see if the delicious factor matches the clean, whole ingredients factor. Nope, you don't have to be "paleo" to eat a food that claims itself to be paleo - I have eating habits that feature predominantly whole, unprocessed foods and have been so long before a paleo diet became defined and labelled. So, if you follow a paleo diet, OR if you prefer to eat healthy, clean and whole foods, you might want to try this product for some time-saving and delicious dishes.

I scooped up the Butter Chicken sauce, the Bacon Caesar sauce and the Honey Mustard sauce.

Here are the ingredients:

Butter Chicken: Water, Grass Fed Butter, Onions, Pure Tomato Paste, Ginger, Garlic, Pure Lemon Juice Concentrate, Spices, Sea Salt, Cilantro.

Bacon Caesar: Olive Oil, Water, Pasteurized Egg Yolks, Red Wine Vinegar, Anchovy FIllets, Garlic, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Bacon, Black Pepper, Sea Salt, Dijon Mustard, Mustard Seeds, Cayenne.

Honey Mustard: Water, Amber Honey, Apple Cider Vinegar, Coconut Amino (Coconut Sap, Sea Salt), Mustard Flour, Mustard Seeds, Sea Salt, Sesame Oil, Spices.

I made a ceasar salad with a mixture of massaged kale and romaine, a variety of tomatoes and the caesar dressing. You can skip the parmesan on top if you prefer - but we went in. I made some basic butter chicken (YUM), and I baked some salmon in the honey mustard glaze, and then topped it with pumpkin seeds.

All in all, I'm impressed with these products. The website features a number of healthy recipes / uses for the condiments - and even having gone my simple route, kept clean and healthy or dressed up, it was an all-around pleaser.
