Its time for another post! I’ll try to keep it short and sweet.

The holidays were a tough go for my diet, not from over eating (actually, I ate fairly well because my family cooked nutritious meals), but from too much booze. I HAVE managed to keep myself under 200lbs – which I am proud of! But I am ready to start adding some more muscle back on my frame.

I dove into hot yoga, following Jessica’s advice, and have really felt a major mental shift for the better since starting up! I have also gone for a couple runs again.

My goals for 2013 are to complete the tough mudder again, and to actually follow through with and compete in that try-triathalon this summer.

I have been spotty on my blog posts of late - but will be back in action in no time! I had a "break back in" workout at Jessica's studio last week and am super excited to push some weight again. Stay tuned for my muscle building progress!
