Saghi has been writing about her experiences over the past little while, and has been training with me for over a year. She has candidly expressed her difficulty with her emotional attachment to food, her (sometimes extreme) highs and lows of motivation, and her occasional indulgence in her beloved "Sweet Chili Heats" Doritos (something I may not ever, in my lifetime, understand - haha!).

Saghi has come a long way aesthetically, but the real changes are in her self-compassion demonstrated through her health practices.

Saghi has completely changed the way she eats, and how she thinks about food.  She is enthusiastic about the balanced nutrition she puts in her body.

She craves her workouts, and during them she has sky-rocketing endorphins propelling her further and making her excited about life.

Saghi, although yes there are still some slower days and some times when you feel frustrated because you just damn well want a baked good, you have done a tremendous service to yourself for the rest of your life, and I'm very proud of you.  Excited to see what the next few months will bring us!
