I've decided to disclose exactly what's in my fridge today. These items are pretty indicative of what we keep in the house at all times, as the items can create numerous meals. Light Soy Milk (I go back and forth between Soy and Dairy) Butter Parmesan Cheese Goat Cheese A BBQd Chicken (we dispose of the skin - well, he does when I'm looking anyway!) Mixed Greens Spinach Egg Whites Eggs Whole Wheat Tortillas Wheat-free Bread Raspberries Apples Zucchini Celery An Orange Pepper Whole Wheat English Muffins Hummus (must have!) Natural Peanut Butter (must have!) Homemade Potato Salad for a picnic today 2% Plain Western Yogurt (gotta be plain!) Light Western Cream Cheese Carrots Homemade Salad Dressing Leftover Raspberry and Goat Cheese Salad Vegetarian Sausages (soy) Cherry Tomatoes Miso Soup Portions - a number of sauces and condiments for cooking

Wow - we have too much food apparently! Off I go to pack some of this up for Centre Island.
